The project was judged best solution in the Americas International theatre which includes North and South America, excluding the United States.

Allegro realized a 500 percent year-over-year growth, as well as a 90 percent closure rate on leads.  “Allegro has shown remarkable growth since their launch in 2002. MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO - (August 20th, 2006) - Allegro Mobile Solutions announced today that its software platform, Gelatoware™, achieved co-validation through Symbol Technologies’ SymbolPLUS Solutions Validation Program, guaranteeing interoperability with Symbol mobile devices, wireless infrastructure and mobility management software.

The test took place at Symbol’s state of the art Solutions Validation Center in Holtsville, New York. Wireless software applications running on Allegro’s Gelatoware platform were rigorously tested on Symbol’s MC70 and MC9000 family of handheld devices with WWAN, WLAN, and WPAN capabilities. The validation provides additional confidence to end users of Allegro’s compatibility with Symbol products, and for Allegro to distinguish itself from the competition.
