Job Description: You will combine your expertise in solutions architecture with your project management skills to lead a team of software professionals in the delivery of high quality software for our customers. You must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and a proven track record of developing and delivering software within a project environment.

Duties:
- Lead a team of software development professionals delivering software products and components to both internal and external customers
- Interface with customers, product/project management and sales on product requirements, deployment and technical issues
- Take leadership in: product definition; high level assessments; specifications; and design
- Hands-on architecture, detailed design and development of software in C/C++/C#
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain project timelines and milestones under tight time constraints
- 10+ years experience in developing complex software applications
- 3+ years of management/team lead experience in software development
- 4+ years experience in architecting, designing and developing distributed applications
- 2+ years in Microsoft .NET development experience
- Expert knowledge of OO development methodologies
- Solid knowledge of C++, COM, C#, .NET, SQL, Windows operating systems
- Solid knowledge in all aspects of the software life cycle from definition, requirements analysis and design to implementation, validation and support
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
