Job Description:  You will utilize your expertise in business analysis to assess and define client requirements, document client business rules and formulate functional specifications. You will work closely with clients to understand and manage priorities, workflows and orders for timely delivery of projects.  You must have excellent communication skills and a customer-service orientation.  You will collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams to provide required documentation, feedback and support.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise from a business analysis and retail OR logistics OR field services perspective.
• Develop documentation and provide support for documentation users.
• Maintain and update functional and business requirements documents throughout the project life cycle.
• Provide analysis using techniques such as Process/Data Modeling, Gap Analysis and Use Case Analysis.
• Act as the intermediary between business and systems teams, translating business objectives as well as functional and user requirements into business requirements documentation.
• Support the project team through the design, development and testing phases, working closely with system design and development teams to ensure system design meets requirements as well as QA and UAT teams in providing feedback and assistance on test plans and test cases.
• Provide regular updates and communicate issues to Project Managers and project teams.
• Coordinate and conduct walkthroughs of business requirements documents.
• Some travel may be required.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a project environment.
• Experience with the analysis and implementation of systems and tools.
• Solid documentation experience.
• Troubleshooting and product testing experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Any of the following would be considered an asset:

• 1 - 3 years related experience in commercial mobile applications.
• 2 - 5 years related experience in retail OR logistics OR field services.
• Experience with customer relationship and delinquency tracking applications.
• Experience with business process design/workflows.
